While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that event information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any listing. Users are expected to independently verify event details, including safety, suitability for children, and organizer credibility before participating.
Any bookings, payments, or transactions made in relation to events are conducted directly between users and organizers or through third-party services. We are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, disputes, or any financial losses arising from such transactions.
Participation in events involves inherent risks, especially where children are involved. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for evaluating and managing these risks. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in events listed on the platform.
You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and not to misuse its services, post false information, or engage in behavior that may harm other users or organizers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
By listing events on KIDVERSE PUNE, you confirm that you are legally authorised to conduct such events and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permissions, and safety standards, including those relating to child welfare.
The platform does not verify or guarantee the legitimacy, quality, or safety of events. All responsibility for event execution, participant safety, and delivery of services lies entirely with the organiser.
You agree that any content uploaded, including descriptions, images, and pricing, is lawful and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You further agree to handle all participant communications, payments, refunds, and dispute resolution independently, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising out of your events, including but not limited to injury, loss, regulatory violations, or misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict access at our discretion, especially in cases of complaints, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the platform and the organiser.
These Terms shall be governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
